Early Life;
CP (Chief) Olusola Emmanuel Amore Rtd was born in 1955 at Erinja Orile to the family of Late Richard Olusola Amore and Late Alice Aroki Adetona.

Educational Career;
Olusola Amore started his educational career at African Church Primary School, Ilobi-Erinja in Yewa South LGA between 1962 and 1966 and later proceeded to Okusanya Memorial Primary School Agege, Lagos from 1966 to 1967. He thereafter attended Ahmadiyya Secondary Commercial School Agege, Lagos from 1968 to 1972 and proceeded for Government Teachers College Surulere, Lagos from 1974 to 1975. He was also at Advance Teachers College Surulere, Lagos between 1976 and 1979. He got admission to popular University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos in 1980 and successfully graduated in 1983.
Academic Qualifications Obtained;
Olusola Amore obtained Primary School Leaving Certificate in 1968, West African School Certificate in 1973, Teachers Training School Certificate 1976, National Certificate of Education (NCE) in English/Yoruba in 1979, and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hon) in Mass Communication in 1983.
Appointment into the Nigeria Police Force;
CP Olusola Emmanuel Amore Rtd was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (C/ASP) in December, 1984 and was trained at the prestigious Police Staff College Jos, Plateau State.
Postings and Transfers in the Force;
Olusola served meritoriously in almost all the Police Commands and Formations in the Nigeria within his Thirty-Three (33) years of service to the nation as a law enforcement officer without any blemish.
Amore as a young officer with Mass Communication background, he was posted as the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the old Bendel State between 1986 and 1987 and as a Staff Officer, Force Public Relations Department, Force Headquarters, Kam Selem House, Lagos from 1988 to 1990. He was transferred to the field as Divisional Crime Officer (DCO) in Sagamu and later made the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in same Sagamu in Ogun State between 1990 and 1992.
Olusola Amore was between 1992 and 1996 the Officer in charge Monitoring Unit, Zonal Criminal Investigation Department (ZCID) Zone 2 Headquarters Lagos. Also, in 1996 the Second in Command, General Investigation Section, State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Ikeja Lagos. He was from 1996 to 1997 the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Ikotun, Lagos State and the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Bode Thomas, Lagos State. And from 1999 to 2003 as the Press Officer, Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Alagbon Close, Lagos.
Commissioner of Police Postings Held;
Amore, as an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) was between 2004 and 2007 served as a Project Team Manager for implementation of Community Policing Project in Nigeria from where he was posted to Special Fraud Unit (SFU) Milverton, Lagos for investigation of high profile fraud cases from 2007 to 2009. He was thereafter posted in 2009 as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) “Administration”, Jigawa Police Command Dutse, Jigawa State. And in 2009 served as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) “Zonal Criminal Investigation Department (ZCID)”, Zonal Police Command Headquarters, Zone ‘4’ Makurdi Benue State.
Nigeria Police Force Spokesman;
Olusola Amore was the Nigeria Police Force Spokesman between 2010 at 2012 that is the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO) at the Force Headquarters, Louis Edet House Abuja. He in 2012 posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) “Operations”, Zonal Police Command Headquarters, Zone 6 Calabar, Cross River State and in 2014 he was the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) “Administration”, Kwara State Police Command Ilorin, Kwara State.

Olusola Emmanuel Amore as a Commissioner of Police was posted in 2014 as the Commissioner of Police (CP) Niger State Police Command Minna, Niger State.

He was thereafter transferred to Force Headquarters in 2015 as the Commissioner of Police (CP) Nigeria Police Pensions, Abuja from where he was in 2016 made the Commissioner of Police (CP), Kwara State Police Command Ilorin.

Amore was in Egypt in July, 2002 for Development of Security Leader Skills at Mubarak Police Academy Cairo, Egypt and later in 2003 attended Six – Week Study Tour of United Kingdom for Implementation Plan of Community Policing in Nigeria at Scottish Police College, United Kingdom. He thereafter, in 2004 attended Change Management Course by Security, Justice and Growth Programme of British Council.
Tour of Foreign Countries on Community Policing;
Olusola was lucky to among officers that went with IGP Tafa Adebayo Balogun, CFR, NPM, fwc, Rtd in 2005 on Study Tour of Community Policing in Chicago and Atlanta, United State of America (USA). On arrival from the foreign tour, he attended again Community Policing Development Course for Coaching and Mentoring. He was in 2006 at Police Staff College Jos, Plateau State for Senior Command Course (SCC) and also in 2010 he attended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Promotion Course at Police Staff College Jos, Plateau State.
Promotions in the Nigeria Police Force;
Young Olusola Amore in 1985 after the successful completion of his Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (C/ASP) was commissioned as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II) and was confirmed as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP I) in 1987. He was promoted to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) on 1st January 1989, Superintendent of Police (SP) on 1St January, 1992 and Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) on 1st November, 1998.
Amore was on 6th October, 2003 promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) and Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) on 7th May, 2007.

CP Olusola Emmanuel Amore Rtd loves watching Football, listening to Music and reading. He also plays Golf and table Tennis.
Married Life;
Chief Olusola Amore is happily married to Chief (Mrs) Adefolahan Olufemi Amore – Current Vice –Lay President, African Church Yewa Diocese and blessed with glorious Children.
Community Development Projects;
Chief Amore as a lover of his community, has been committed to the Development and Growth of Erinja – Ilobi Communities of Yewa Land in many ways which includes;

The Construction of a Block of Four Class Rooms for Community High School, Ilobi-Erinja in Yewa South LGA, Yewaland of Ogun State.
All these made the Royal Fathers; His Royal Majesty Oba Saliu Adedokun Ajibade the Ojikutujoye II, Olobi of Ilobi and His Royal Majsety Oba Ebenezer Alani Egunjobi, FCA the Ilufemiloye-Akinogun II, Elerinja of Erinja to recognise and honoured him with Chieftaincy titles of (1) Asiwaju of Erinja – Orile land and (2) Fiwagboye of Ilobi land respectively.

Service after Retirement;
CP (Chief) Olusola Emmanuel Amore Rtd was only retired but not tired. As he is currently the Head of Department (HOD) of EHS which stands for Security, Environment, Health and Safety Sections at International Tobacco Company Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
